Prophet, Dr. Sharon Earley
Visionary Founder
Prophet Sharon has a heart for women who suffers adverse circumstances. Throughout her over twenty years of serving through women's ministry, she has ministered to those who wanted to overcome the obstacles that kept them from moving forward in their purpose. Her voice of compassion, has ushered many to embrace their call and purpose, whether starting a ministry or business, or positioning themselves for the betterment of their families.
Dr. Earley is an apostolic-prophet who believes that with the proper tools and support in place to uncover and discover hinderances that keep women bound, they can walk in true liberty.
Women's Empowerment, Inc (Women's Empowerment for Social Change) was birth out of her testimony. She is a woman who has endured rejection, uncertainly, homelessness, single parenting, widowhood and emotional abuse.
She is an overcomer, yet through it all she remained close to God. By His divine instruction, Prophet Sharon began helping others who were experiencing the same things she endured.
Dr. Earley is strategist who is gifted by God to orchestrate, direct and organize ideas so that the envisioned plan comes to full fruition. She has a doctorate degree in Christian Education, a Master's degree in Christian Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. She also studied at Liberty University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Behavioral Science, Education and Government).
Dr. Earley has published The Heart of the Ready Writer, Mourning is Morning: Encouragement for Young Widows and many poems that have been published on several media platforms. She also co-wrote the stage play Beyond the Veil, which was performed by cast in Richmond, Virginia and hosted by The Shepherd's Heart Evangelistic Ministries. Dr. Earley is also the President of Women With A Call International - Virginia Branch.
This motivating and inspired woman of God is a mother of two sons (Andrew and Kenneth) and a proud grandmother (QuiMayah, Jabari and Janelle). She enjoys editing and helping others get their books published.
Prophet, Katia Bryant
President
Prophet Katia is wife to Frank Bryant and mother of four (Sadrionne, Jacob, Elijah and Myiana). Prophet Katia became pregnant at a young age. At 21 years old, she overcame losing her second child, who was her first son, due to acute bronchopneumonia.
Suffering such a loss was a new beginning in her life that led her back to Christ. Prophet Katia was raised in the church, however, it was at her lowest point, where she found God for herself. By the grace of God and His mercy, the impact of her loss created an open door to her heart to find her first love again, which is Christ.
Prophet Katia shares about her Christian walk, " It did not happen overnight. In fact, I am still in process, but I have come a long way. I have also been saved for almost twenty years. Through life’s obstacles, I found myself closer to God".
She has worked in ministry for over 10 years working with women and children. This includes mentoring and teaching children. Prophet Katia's anointing to teach has afforded her the ability to teach with ease.
In 2015, she organized Young Girls R.O.C.K. an annual program to build self-esteem and confidence in young girls through creativity.
Many ministers and leaders have imparted into, mentored and supported , this powerfully resourceful Woman of God throughout her journey. As a direct result, she has matured spiritually because of those that God has connected to her. Their encouragement, wisdom and intercession has championed Prophet Katia along her path. With the grace of God, this is the main reason why she is able to continue her journey.
Prophet Katia is a prayer warrior who understands that despite her trials and errors, God has still used her. Excited about what God is doing, and with hope that you can see her testimony through her walk, this Woman of God desires that her story will encourage others to continue to move forward in their life's purpose.
Many have been ministered to through her creative works which include Spoken Word and poetry. Prophet Katia has also penned Birthing: Understanding Spiritual Mentorship.
Prophet Katia is also Vice President of Women With A Call International - Virginia Branch.
